Our Process

  1. If you have applied for a specific role with us, your application will be assessed against our selection criteria for that role.
  2. If your application meets our criteria and we would like to speak with you further we will contact you to conduct a phone interview.
  3. From these candidates we will select candidates to attend an interview. In some instances a second interview will be conducted. 

Checks and Assessments

Medical Check

If you are one of the preferred candidates who was interviewed you will be required to complete a pre-employment medical. You may also be required to complete resilience and psychological assessments.

Criminal Check and Right to Work

You will be asked to provide referees whom we can contact and you may also be required to provide further information for a police or criminal history check.
