Our Process — Once you have applied for a role
If you have applied for a specific role with us, your application will be assessed against our selection criteria for that role. If your application meets our criteria and we would like to speak with you further we will contact you to conduct a phone interview.
From these candidates we will select candidates to attend an interview. In some instances a second interview will be conducted.
Checks and Assessments
If you are one of the preferred candidates who were interviewed you will be required to complete a pre-employment medical. You may also be required to complete resilience and psychological assessments.
You will be asked to provide referees whom we can contact and you may also be required to provide further information for a police or criminal history check.
