Martin Earp joined InvoCare on 30 March 2015, was appointed as a Director on 13 April 2015 and assumed the role of CEO and Managing Director on 1 May 2015.
Prior to joining InvoCare Martin was the CEO of Campus Living Villages and was responsible for the strategic direction and operational leadership of the company. He worked for Transfield Holdings for over twelve years in a number of operational roles including CEO of the Australian Biodiesel Group (ASX listed company), General Manager Airtrain (where he also served as a Director for eight years) and Business Development Manager for Airport Rail Link. Prior to this he worked for a London based transport consultancy advising on large infrastructure and investment deals.
Martin holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Masters in Traffic Engineering and a degree in Transportation Management and Planning.
Damien was appointed Chief Operating Officer for the InvoCare Australia and New Zealand operations in February 2018.
He is an experienced leader in complex, highly distributed businesses of similar scale and size to InvoCare. His most recent role was two years based in Singapore as Chief Operating Officer, Asia Pacific, of Experian, a leading global information services company.
For more than twelve years prior, Damien held various senior management roles with Westpac Banking Corporation, including General Manager of Premium Banking Australia and General Manager (NSW/ACT) of Retail & Business Banking Australia. He has also held various management roles in other leading financial services sector organisations.
Josée was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2016. Josée has had a finance career spanning several blue chip companies across multiple industries and geographies, with a clear focus on driving businesses to deliver commercial outcomes.
Josée is no stranger to leading innovation and change, having led the Finance transformation program at Telstra as part of her broader portfolio. Prior to Telstra, Josée has held senior leadership roles at Rio Tinto Alcan, Fairfax, Boral and Arnott’s. She started her career at KPMG where she worked in Canada, New Zealand and Hungary.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) at the University of Montréal and was a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. She was awarded a fellow membership to CPA Australia in 2018.
Josée joined the Over Fifty Guardian Friendly Society Limited board in October 2016.
Fergus was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in June 2015. Fergus has over 20 years experience in consumer and business marketing. Prior to joining InvoCare, he has held senior leadership roles within the travel and media sectors.
Fergus’s most recent role was with Qantas Airways where he held the role of GM Marketing Qantas Holidays and Head of Marketing, (International & Sponsorship Marketing).
Prior to joining Qantas he held Director of Marketing roles at Fairfax Media and APN News & Media.
Lachlan joined InvoCare as Group Financial Controller in 2011 and was promoted to Group Executive, Capital Management in January 2016. Lachlan has over twenty years of commercial finance experience gained across multiple industries including FMCG, building materials and financial services. Prior to joining InvoCare he held executive finance and commercial roles with companies owned by the Rank Group Limited including Carter Holt Harvey, The Uncle Tobys Company and the Goodman Fielder Group. Lachlan commenced his career at Price Waterhouse (now PWC) where he spent time in the Business Services and Corporate Finance divisions.
Lachlan holds an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting.
Phillip Friery was appointed Company Secretary in January 2007 and was Chief Financial Officer from March 2007 until September 2016. He joined the Group in 1994 as Accounting Manager initially responsible for financial reporting and taxation, and over subsequent years assumed responsibility for information systems, treasury, management accounting, internal audit and capital management.
Prior to joining the consolidated entity, Phillip spent approximately 19 years with Coopers & Lybrand (before its merger with Price Waterhouse) in external audit, technical advisory and financial management consulting roles.
He holds a Bachelor of Business from the New South Wales Institute of Technology (now University of Technology Sydney) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Keiron joined InvoCare on 1 March 2016 as Group Executive, Business Operations. Prior to joining InvoCare, Keiron held a global role with Campus Living Villages and senior roles with Transfield Services. Keiron brings experience in Asset Management, Project Delivery, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Operational Risk Management and Safety from his past 18 years of experience.
Keiron has previously worked in the United Kingdom, United States and New Zealand in a variety of service related industries.
Steve joined InvoCare in March 2016 as Project Director, Network & Brand Optimisation. Steve has over 19 years of experience in leadership and management roles across the hospitality and university student accommodation industries.
Prior to joining InvoCare, Steve was the Director of Operations for Campus Living Villages Australia, responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Australian business. With the benefit of being with Campus Living Villages since its first year of operation, Steve was involved in the development of the operational platform for the business, and led multiple project transitions after construction into operational businesses. In the last few years with Campus Living Villages, Steve led a national review of the operations, and development of a transformational change program to how the business operated.
Steve is leading InvoCare through the transformational project – Network & Brand Optimisation and is also responsible for Regional Business, Divestments and Next Horizon strategies.
Steve joined the Group Executive in September 2016.
Amanda was appointed Group Executive, People & Culture in October 2017. Amanda has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources across multiple industries and countries.
Amanda is passionate about driving business performance through clarity of strategy, supported by a positive culture. With extensive M&A experience, Amanda is well versed in leading change and business transformation.
Most recently Amanda was with UXC Limited where she held the role of Director, People & Culture. Prior to UXC Limited she held the role of Group Director, Human Resources at iSentia (previously named Media Monitors).
Amanda has also held senior leadership roles with Boral, Philips Electronics, GrainCorp and BMC Software.
Amanda holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Business.
Wee Leng Goh was appointed CEO of Singapore Casket on 2 January 2008. Wee Leng was responsible for the corporate restructuring, business strategy planning and leadership. Prior to joining Singapore Casket, she has extensive experience in strategy planning, business development and operational businesses. She had worked for multinational insurance corporates including AIA, Great Eastern Life Assurance and Hong Leong Assurance for 12 years and multinational multi-level marketing corporates including Cosway and Creative Network International for over 4 years.
Wee Leng holds MBAs in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from City University, USA. She also holds Certified Financial Planner (CPF) from the Institute of Management Studies, Malaysia.
Graeme Rhind joined InvoCare in June 2011 as part of InvoCare’s purchase of the Bledisloe Group. Graeme held the position of Chief Operating Officer New Zealand from 2008 and prior to that held various senior New Zealand positions with then international funeral provider Stewart Enterprises, and Bledisloe NZ Ltd. Graeme is the 4th generation of his family in the funeral industry and prior to selling to Stewart Enterprises was the Managing Director of his large family firm for 6 years.
Graeme has served the Funeral Directors Association of New Zealand in various capacities and has 38 years industry experience.
