Olivier Chretien joined InvoCare on 1 January 2021 as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.
Before joining InvoCare, Olivier was Group Chief Strategy Officer with Ramsay Health Care, where he was in charge of Group Strategy, M&A and Ventures, the Australian Pharmacy business, and a Director of the European and Asian JV Boards.
Prior to this, Olivier spent 12 years with Wesfarmers. His last role was Managing Director, Business Development for the Group, where he was also a Director of the retail divisional Boards (Coles, Bunnings, Kmart, Officeworks). He was previously the Managing Director of the Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety division for 7 years, with more than 4,000 employees and 250 locations across Australia, New Zealand, China, Indonesia and the UK. He also spent 9 years with BCG in France and Australia, consulting to clients in the pharmaceuticals and travel & tourism services industries. He started his career in engineering.
Olivier holds an Executive MBA (AMP) from Harvard Business School, Boston USA, an MBA from INSEAD, France, and a Master of Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris, France. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Adrian was appointed Chief Financial Officer in August 2020. Adrian was previously CFO with Ruralco Holdings Limited until its delisting at the end of 2019 following its sale to the Canadian company Nutrien Limited. Prior to his role at Ruralco Adrian was CFO of Metcash Limited for almost five years. At both Metcash and Ruralco his roles were broad and extended beyond Finance into Corporate Strategy, M&A, Treasury, Investor Relations, IT, Risk Management & Assurance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing & Communications, Government Affairs, and Property & Insurance.
Adrian holds an Executive MBA from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business, Accounting & Finance from the University of Kingston, London. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lynne joined InvoCare in April 2018 and was appointed Executive General Manager – Australian Funerals in July 2020. She has over 25 years’ experience working with national and international brands across retail, franchising and pharmaceutical sectors and is passionate about providing meaningful farewells for all who choose the InvoCare brands.
Building capability through sustainable people and systems development has been a central focus in Lynne’s career with an emphasis on human centred design.
Prior to joining InvoCare, Lynne held executive roles with Australian Pharmaceutical Industries and Myer Grace Bros.
Lynne holds tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Communication/Psychology and Human Resources and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is also a Non-Executive Director with the Epilepsy Foundation and Chair of their Finance and Audit Committee.
Steve joined InvoCare in March 2016, initially leading the Network & Brand Optimisation (NBO) Project for InvoCare Funerals across Australia and New Zealand. Steve took on further responsibilities in addition to NBO, in the role of Group Executive – Commercial Director in 2017.
Steve was appointed Executive General Manager – Cemeteries and Crematoria in February 2020. This includes overseeing 15 memorial parks in Australia, as well as the national pet cremations business. In this role, Steve is focused on the long term development and growth of the overall Crematoria division, while enhancing the products, services and standards at all memorial parks and pet crematoriums to be the leading choice in the industry.
Steve has over 20 years' experience in leadership and management roles across the hospitality and university student accommodation industries. Prior to joining InvoCare, Steve was the Director of Operations for Campus Living Villages Australia, responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Australian business. With the benefit of being with Campus Living Villages since its first year of operation, Steve was involved in the development of the operational platform for the business, and led multiple project transitions from construction into successful operational businesses. Steve took Campus Living Village through an in-depth national review of the business operations, and the development of a transformational change program to how the business operated.
Victoria joined InvoCare in September 2020. Victoria is an accomplished Marketing and Customer Experience executive with a background in high-touch services industries such as tourism, hospitality, retail and entertainment. She has led significant Australian and New Zealand brands including David Jones, Sydney Opera House, QT Hotels, Rydges Hotels and Event Cinemas. Her work leading these brands has been recognised for effectiveness in delivering results and celebrated for creative excellence. She has also worked in agencies including digital specialist group BlueFreeway and communications agency Spin Communications. Her career commenced in media and technology, working for News Corp and OzEmail.
Victoria holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing from Monash University and is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Grace Westdorp joined InvoCare on 1 March 2021 as Executive General Manager Health, Safety and Sustainability.
Before joining InvoCare, Grace was General Manager Safety, Risk and Sustainability with Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety which operates four main businesses spanning safety products, industrial and corporate workwear, industrial and medical gases, and a management consulting business. Grace has also held senior leadership roles within Westpac and Crane Group.
Grace has over 25 years’ experience developing and leading strategic improvement programs in Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Sustainability and is a passionate believer that good work is beneficial to people’s health and wellbeing. Grace utilises sound governance and risk mitigation strategies tailored to business needs to leverage and lift performance in key results areas including fatality and injury prevention, and continual improvement programs across material Sustainability issues.
Grace holds qualifications in nursing, occupational health & safety, and environment & climate change.
Fergus joined InvoCare in June 2015 and was appointed Executive General Manager – Stakeholder Engagement in February 2021. Fergus has over 20 years experience in consumer and business marketing. Prior to joining InvoCare, he has held senior leadership roles within the travel and media sectors.
Fergus’s most recent role was with Qantas Airways where he held the role of GM Marketing Qantas Holidays and Head of Marketing, (International & Sponsorship Marketing).
Prior to joining Qantas he held Director of Marketing roles at Fairfax Media and APN News & Media.
Amanda joined InvoCare in October 2017. Amanda has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources across multiple industries and countries.
Amanda is passionate about driving business performance through clarity of strategy, supported by a positive culture. With extensive M&A experience, Amanda is well versed in leading change and business transformation.
Most recently Amanda was with UXC Limited where she held the role of Director, People & Culture. Prior to UXC Limited she held the role of Group Director, Human Resources at iSentia (previously named Media Monitors).
Amanda has also held senior leadership roles with Boral, Philips Electronics, GrainCorp and BMC Software.
Amanda holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Business from Charles Sturt University.
Heidi Aldred joined InvoCare in March 2019. Prior to joining InvoCare Heidi has spent the last 10 years providing governance, compliance and risk management support to listed and unlisted companies.
Heidi is a lawyer by training and began her legal career as a solicitor with Arthur Robinson & Hedderwicks (now Allens Linklaters) and then with ASX listed Computer Power Group Limited as General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Heidi holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University.
